  • What is the maximum capacity of guests for the facility?

  • Where should out of town guests stay?
    Courtyard Marriott (Triangle Towne Center) Hilton Garden Inn (Triangle Towne Center) Hampton Inn (Knightdale NC)
  • Where should I take pictures?
    One may take advantage of our beauty landscaping and interior to take pictures. The LEC also has a photography studio on site that one may rent while on site as well.
  • Am I required to use the vendors on your preferred list?
    You are welcome to bring in any professional vendor for services, with the exception of catering, mocktail service and rental company. Your wedding/event planner is required to work with our onsite coordinator. We require that you choose a caterer on our Exclusive Catering List, Mocktails, and Rental company which can be found on the first page of our Preferred Vendor List. This list has been curated over the years to. If you choose to deviate from the preferred list there will be an addiction fee.
  • Do you have spaces to get ready in?
    Yes, we have a Grooms/VIP lounge and a Two room Bridal /VIP Suite for the bride and the bridesmaids. The rooms are fully equipped with restrooms and vanities for all your needs. First floor restrooms have full showers.
  • Are there alcohol restrictions?
    We do not allow Alcohol on the premises. But you can take advantage of our Mocktail Bar provider which is listed on the Exclusive Vendor List.
  • Do you require a planner/day-of coordinator?
    We highly recommend, but do not require, that you hire a professional planner/day of coordinator. We do have an excellent list of local coordinators and planners who would be happy to assist you on your day.If you choose not to hire a planner, we do require that you appoint a day-of contact on your end who will be the primary contact for our facility team. This person is responsible for certain necessary tasks on your wedding day.
  • What are the guidelines regarding decor?
    Candles with live flames are permissible if they are within a container, and the flame does not extend over the top of the container. We do allow tape, nails, tacks or hanging items from the walls, more information is included in rental agreement.
  • What is the tear-down process after the event has ended?
    During the standard rental time, typically one hour is used to tear-down, although we recommend two hours if you have hired a live band or musician. No items may remain overnight. You do not need to break down the tables and chairs provided by the facility, as we take care of your setup and breakdown of those items.
